At Tattoox, the shipping cost varies depending on the location and the order value. Below you will find prices and delivery times by zone.

Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands

 In no case are weekends or holidays included. Our warehouse is in Barcelona, so no shipments are made on holidays in Catalonia.

For our customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Orders may be subject to customs taxes. These charges are entirely unrelated to Tattoox and must be covered by the recipient of the order. Tattoox is not responsible for these additional costs.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return your order from the date you receive it at home.

For the Kit and other tattooing materials, it is essential that they are still in their original sealed packaging in order to process the return.

Once Tattoox receives the product and our staff verifies and determines that the return conditions are met, Tattoox will refund the User all payments received for the purchase of the returned product, including shipping costs, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the return was made. The User informs Tattoox of their decision to withdraw from this contract. Tattoox will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User indicates otherwise. The User will bear the return shipping costs of the purchased product.
