- Product availability
The availability of the products offered by Tattoox may vary depending on user demand. Although Tattoox updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the User may be out of stock at that time. - Price
The price of each product will be the one shown in euros alongside each product on the Website and will include the applicable VAT, which in this case is 21%.
Tattoox reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without prior notice. The price applicable to the purchase request made by the User will be the one recorded at the time of accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
- Payment method
The User may pay the amount of their order by choosing any of the following methods. During the purchase process, you must indicate your choice:
a) VISA or MASTERCARD credit card

When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus providing more guarantees regarding the security of the transaction.
When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the provider and the cardholder will be made as soon as possible. However, if the purchase was actually made by the cardholder and the refund request was not the result of exercising the right of withdrawal or termination, and therefore the cancellation of the corresponding charge was unduly requested, the cardholder will remain liable to Tattoox for compensating any damages and losses caused as a result of such cancellation.

8. Transportation expensesAll shipping costs are detailed on the shipping and returns page.
Tattoox will ship products to the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, European Union countries, as well as to the rest of the countries.
Once the User has made the payment for the product, Tattoox has confirmed it, and the confirmation email regarding the purchase has been sent to the User, the delivery of the products will proceed.
The order delivery will be made to the address specified by the User during the purchase process on the website - a P.O. box or post office will not be accepted as a valid address - and under no circumstances will an address change be allowed once the order has been shipped. accepted.
Tattoox will not be responsible for any errors that may occur in the delivery of the purchased products if the User has not correctly filled in the delivery address.
For orders placed within the peninsula (Spain and Portugal), delivery times are 24 to 48 hours on business days. This period does not include Sundays or holidays.
If there is any issue with the delivery time, Tattoox will inform the User in an appropriate and timely manner. The User should keep in mind that:
- No home deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Deliveries take 24 to 48 business hours, so there are no deliveries or shipments on Sundays and holidays. If you have purchased with a 2-for-1 promotion or similar, your order may take a little longer, never exceeding 72 business hours.
- If you have purchased a pre-order product along with another regular product, all will be shipped together within the timeframe specified on the same pre-order product page.
- For orders placed to the Balearic Islands, delivery times are 48 to 72 business hours.
- For orders placed to the rest of the European Union, delivery times are 1 to 7 business days. This period does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- For orders to the rest of the world, delivery times are 5 to 10 business days. This period does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
If you need to adjust the delivery to your preferred time, simply send an email to info@tattoox.io right after placing your order. In the email, you can specify whether you want your order delivered in the morning (8:30 AM - 2:00 PM) or in the afternoon (2:00 PM - 8:00 PM), Monday to Friday. This option is only valid for purchases made within the Iberian Peninsula.
In case you are absent during delivery, the carrier will make a second attempt, and if you are still absent on the second try, they will contact you via SMS, phone call, or the contact email provided in the order to arrange a delivery or to pick up the package at the nearest delivery agency.

9. Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the User will automatically receive an email or SMS with the tracking link to check the status of their order at any time. 10. Failed shipments
Tattoox offers free mainland shipping within 24 business hours, with up to two delivery attempts at no extra charge.
If the delivery is unjustifiably rejected or delayed, we reserve the right to charge you for any resulting storage costs and/or to terminate the contract. In such cases, we will charge the difference between the amount already paid and the reasonable administrative costs incurred (including the failed delivery and the return of the Order, as well as storage costs).
12. Withdrawal
The User shall have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Once Tattoox receives the product and our staff verifies and determines that the return conditions are met, Tattoox will refund the User all payments received, including shipping costs, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the return was made. The User informs Tattoox of their decision to withdraw from this contract. Tattoox will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User indicates otherwise. The User will bear the return shipping costs of the purchased product.
We remind you that the return shipping costs for the products will be at your expense and that Tattoox will not accept under any circumstances returns sent with expiration.
13. Defective products
Tattoox guarantees that the product matches the features indicated on the website and that it will be delivered in perfect condition. Likewise, the User must ensure that once the order is received, they check that it is in perfect condition. Remember that you have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product at your home to request a return.
Once our staff verifies that the product is indeed defective, a refund or replacement will be processed.
A product will not be considered defective if more than 6 months have passed since its receipt, as it cannot be determined if it has been misused.
To make this return effective, you must ensure that the product:
• Unused
• Has not been involved in any accident or damaged while attempting to repair it.
• It has not been used contrary to what is established by the seller.
• It has not suffered damage from wear, improper use, or machine washing.
In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, and if the withdrawal period has expired at the time of the return, Tattoox may decide at its discretion whether or not to process the return.
The User will assume all risks that the product may suffer from the moment of delivery. Tattoox will not be responsible for anything that may occur once it has been delivered in perfect condition.
In no case will a product be considered defective if it has been misused. We do not recommend using our products for any type of sports activity or washing them in a machine, as they may deteriorate or break. 14. Complaints and Claims
The Customer may send their complaints and claims to the email address info@tattoox.io.
Tattoox must respond to claims received as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of one month from the date the claim is submitted.
In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, the European Commission provides consumers and users with an online dispute resolution platform, which is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers can submit their claims through the online dispute resolution platform.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
Any disputes that may arise between Tattoox and the User shall be submitted to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.
